A. Warrant Article discussion
Article 25 - Acceptance of Public Ways
The Motion on this Article will not include some of the public ways because they are not ready to be accepted.
Roland Lavallee/Henri Masson motion to reconsider this Article. VOTE: 6/0
Henri Masson/Roland Lavallee motion to recommend the Article with the amended list of public ways. VOTE: 6/0
Article 20 - Delegation of Designation of the Permitting Authority for Trench Safety.
The FinCom was informed that this Article will be passed-over at Town Meeting because the Board of Selectmen decided to vote on this article as a "regulation", which does not need Town Meeting approval. The FinCom was not going to recommend it at Town Meeting.
